The following terms and conditions cover our online booking form, airport transfer, quick phone services and all taxi bookings. Completion of the a booking of any sort with Apollo Taxis Wrexham declares the unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions issued below.
“Apollo Taxis Wrexham” and “Apollo Taxis Mold” are branches of Apollo Wrexham, registered at Apollo Taxis Wrexham,18 Charles Street, Wrexham, LL13 8BT.

The following terms issued may be considered as “You”, this covers any individual, group, business or organisation that places a booking with Apollo Wrexham.
2.1 You must allow sufficient time when booking your taxi to allow plenty of time for you to arrive at your destination within a time frame to meet the appointment required. Apollo is not held responsible for any delays caused by traffic conditions. Apollo is not responsible for any delay or inconvenience caused to you by a failure to allow a large enough arrival timeframe.
2.2 A suitable car size for the quantity of passengers must be ordered. Apollo is not responsible for the re-negotiation of a different vehicle post booking. Please note that a child, regardless of age still counts as a single passenger.
2.3 Any form of disability access or special requirements must be issued either online or in the phone booking process to allow for arrangements to be made in advance for you.
3. Prices & Payment
3.1 A full price breakdown is issued via email communication when booked in advanced based on the booking supplied online. Apollo retains the right to amend a quotation if items such as the number of passengers, type of service or accessibility options are altered.
3.2 Upon booking, you will receive confirmation by email. Please check your booking confirmation carefully and inform Apollo of any issues or errors ASAP. Apollo holds no responsibility for any delays caused or additional prices by mistakes in information supply.
3.3 All journeys starting or going to an airport must be booked and prepaid in full at least seven fays in advance of the travel date.3.4 Payment can be made by credit card, debit card (subject to a 5% surcharge) or cash on arrival of a standard booking service.
4.1 The booker is responsible for the behaviour of all the passengers in the vehicle during the journey. A £70 charge is used to cover cleaning costs in the event of the vehicle being soiled by any passenger.
4.2 Eating, drinking and/or smoking in the cars are not permitted.
4.3 All children travelling during the journey should be restrained in a manner appropriate to their age, weight and height. Suitable child seats should wherever possible be supplied and fitted by the child’s parents. Such seats may be retained by the driver for use on the return journey. 4.4 Apollo will adhere to all maximum insurance and legal limits in transportation..
If you need to cancel a booking, please contact Apollo as soon as possible. If a booking is cancelled after the vehicle has been dispatched then a charge may be incurred; based on the distance/time that the allocated driver has travelled/spent prior to the point of cancellation.
6.1 Apollo will operate at the highest performance to get you to your destination on time, there is no liability for any loss due to delays caused by road or traffic conditions beyond driver control
6.2 All luggage is carried entirely at your risk.
6.3 Panther Taxis shall be entitled to cancel all services and provide refunds in the event of a circumstances beyond its control. In the event of a breakdown during your journey , an alternative car to complete the journey at no additional cost is ordered as soon as ideal.
6.4 Personnel must alert an Apollo Taxis staff member against all losses, costs or damages from any action or consequence of any passenger in your party.
Apollo reserves the right to terminate any booking with immediate effect a driver or vehicle is subject to the risk of damage, violence or abuse by you or by any passenger. All passengers must vacate the vehicle as soon as it is safe to do so. No refunds will be given if the journey is terminated part way through booking.
